Rabbit’s Fur Soup Bowl

The rabbit’s fur glaze is really a dark, iron based glaze covered up with a white glaze. It works well in gas reduction or wood-fired kilns because there’s magic fairydust in those kilns that does cool stuff. I fire electric right now, which is versatile, but the magic in that kiln happens in a more cold and calculating factor, based on time and heat.

All of that is to say that this kind of mottling is tough to get so I’m telling you the damned thing is more special than your carded Admiral Ackbar. It’s got a white liner glaze with some character marks from the darker glaze. Holds about 20 ounces. That’s a decent amount of Jambalaya or beef barley soup. Think about how much cereal milk you can chug in this SOB. The possibilities are endless.
